| I installed the free edition. I imported my photos. I can browse the thumbnails OK but when I double click a thumb or right click and select view I get a blank frame. |

| I also had this problem on my previous computer, I think it was a problem of video card driver... but not sure. |

| The first thing I tried was updating the video driver. It made no difference. |

| Sorry, but seems there is incompatibility with PicaJet and your videocard. Some S3 models (KM400 for example) are not supported by PicaJet. |

| Too bad for you guys. PicaJet has some interesting features but it's the ONLY photo app I've tried that doesn't work with my video card. |

We are usually cover part of a videocard upgrade costs by 20-30% discount. Need at least ATI Catalyst 7000 or NVidia GeForce. |
