What is the difference between in the "properties" panel (default found in the right bottom panel) and the metadata dialog (always top dialog floating over all WINDOWS application windows).
In my opinion the use of the floating dialog (if at all used) should stay within the picajet application. and should not be visible in other applications.
Why not make this dialog a panel just like the "properties" panel.
Why not extend the "properties" panel to contain the "metadata" information.
I currently see that the "properties"-panel already contains a part to display some EXIF info. Extend it to include ALL metadata. |

| Yes that makes a lot of sense to me as well. I would put my vote to that one. |

The "properties" panel reflect the fields which is imported to PicaJet database.
The metadata dialog reads the file EXIF/IPTC/XMP info directly from the file. |
