I think there is a problem to see pictures in Real Size (100%). They are showed smaller then the real size on my computer. Is it a bug?

This is not a bug. PicaJet uses optimized method to view large photos.
To disable this feature please go: Tools > Options > General and
disable "View large images with optimized method (faster)".
