I am trying to install PicaJet on my mother-in-law's computer. The installation completes but when it tries to open I get an error.

"The PICAJET.EXE file is linked to missing export NETAPI32.DLL:NetUserGetInfo."

The program will not open. My mother-in-law's OS is Windows ME which PicaJet is supposed to be compatable with. Please Help.
