How do you make skins for PJ? Is there a skin editor available?

Was just wondering about this? Can I create new or edit current skins somehow?

| Actually there is no appropriate skin editor. We use skin editor, but it no so useful. |

| I understand that there is no appropriate skin editor but I would still like to know what programs I can use to edit .pjs files. How is a .pjs made up? I know it contains some text/hex based colour values for defined areas but does it contain any images? |
