The program does not detect my camera (Pentax Optio 33L with 64mb Lexar CompactFlash card). I plugged in the computer link cable and connected the camera, and the computer detects it but the PJR program does not.

PJR cannot detect WIA cameras. You may recovery photos from any card reader.

Does this include any USB connected card readers?

If your card reader displayed by Windows as drive then you will be able to recover deleted photos.
