If you have a '&' in your category name, when you click on the Assign Categories button and the menu of categories appears, an underscore appears in it's place.

If you have a enough categories so that the category list is scrollable, when you drag and drop images onto the last category in the list, it appears to assign the category to the image but it doesn't store it once you move away.
