It is possible to correct a wrong EXIF time (by shifting forward or back),
It is also possible to change date AND time, but it is not possible to change only the date.

I explain : I made a mistake when setting my Camera date/time (01/04/2005 instead of 04/01/2005 ! ) but the time is correct.
If I change the date of this group of photos using the current automatic date changing feature, all my photos will have the same time information...
