2.4 FX (Registered) - Unable to backup via Manage Albums or Burn CD/DVD..... it is not possible to select the radio button to select CD/DVD.

Any advice woudl be appreciated.

Radio button disabled because PJ not found any DVD-CD-R-RW devices.
Which CD-DVD device you have?

Hi - the drive is a SONY DRU-710A DVD/CD Rewritable drive...which functions correctly with other apps - e.g. Nero and is recognized by teh OS. I'm running XP SP2.

The drive is assigned to E:. It's the master device in the secondary IDE channel . There's another DVD ROM drive as the slave. I've tried removing the DVD ROM - but no affect.

Any thoughts anyone?

We resolved the problem and changes will be available in the next build.

When attempting to backup photos to a blank 4GB DVD the Burn CD/DVD dialog reports a disk size of 386.63 MB and 386.62MB used - even though I know the disk is empty - i.e. straight out of the wrapper.

Burn to CD seems to be OK - although I have on database that exceeds that which can be stored on a single disk.

As always, and help / advice much appreciated.

PS Build 390 fixes the burner recognition issue I reported. Thanks.
