'Open With' Program is not Remembered

When I open the file with another Image Editting program even if I tick the box to ask it to always open the files with this program it does not remember. Therefore each time I select 'Open With' I have to select the program again. Not really a problem just a bit frustrating.

PicaJet get the applicaton list from windows registry. Please try to compare the explorer list with PicaJet app. list
