Until now I was using the mouse to move a zoomed photo, and I worked but when I use the 4 arrow keys to move the photo I get the following strange behaviour :
pressing the 'up arrow' moves the photo to the bottom of the screen
pressing the 'down arrow' moves the photo to the bottom of the screen too, but twice faster !
pressing the 'left arrow' moves the photo to the bottom-left of the screen
pressing the 'right arrow' moves the photo to the bottom-right of the screen

I have tested it on 2 differents PC with the same result, so it is not a keyboard problem !!
