Is there any thought being given to a *Downloader* for Flickr, in addition to the existing Uploader?

Those of us with Pro accounts on Flickr see that it could be used as an online archive service, but at the moment, there's no way to restore an archive in a simple way (a one-click restore).

I am not sure how quickly it will be realeased (because there are too many works with new PicaJet version) but may be "Copy File to Folder" button inside of the Uploader (on the "Sets" page) might be helps in this case.
