catagories from IPTC

I am currently evaluating Picajet, and wonder how I do the following:
I have images that have IPTC keywords that have been imported into Picajet, some of these are Canad, Ontario, Toronto. I want the catagorie list to show:
Canada
sub catagorie-Ontario
sub-sub catagorie--Toronto
How can i rearrange the existing catagories to do that?

Just drag category "Ontario" to category "Canada", and drag "Toronto" to category "Ontario" and PicaJet make hierarchy.

Thanks it is as easy as that! and it works.
I think the only thing Picajet lacks is a more detailed help file
