Navigating back to folder/photo

While browsing folders I sometimes want to see the photos according to a given category.
After this I want to go back to the folder/photo i was
coming from.
It seems this is impossible so i should go back to the folder and photo myself.
When managing hundreds of folders this is very time consuming proces !
I would like the possible to bookmark a folder or even a photo so navigating back will take me 1 or 2 mouseclicks !
