Is there anyway I can store the Data (from ICTP, EXIF) on my raw files.

I shoot everything in RAW, and don't want to convert it to JPG.

Unfortunatelly no. I can just suggest you to create empty jpeg files with same names and write IPTC to these files. Then rename jpeg files to THM ones. But of course it not the best way.
