Hi. I've used Photoshop to enhance a RAW photo and then saved it as JPEG. I now wish to import this photo into PicaJetFx v2.5 build 494. I go to File | Add Images | From files or folders and navigate to the folder. I select the file, and it appears in the thumbnail on the dialog box. When I then click on import my scanner starts up, scans a blank page, with the progress bar at the bottom of PicaJet saying Waiting. Then a dialog box appears with title "The Files Listed were not imported" and a message "C:\DOCUME~1\TIMSCO~1\IMAGE.- The file size is less than import limit"
The check box "Ignore Files smaller than" is unchecked.
How do I import this file ?
Thanks

Hi there,
I'm just testing the PicaJet Free Edition and thnking of getting the FX version.
So i imported my pictures and got a error message saying that 8 of about 18k pictures coultdn't be imported because because "The file size is less than import limit".
as far as i know the import limit either 50kb or turned of.... i tried it often in i think any possibe way(1 pic at a time, drag and drop, file/add image, ...) all pictures are lager than 800kb or even 1MB.
so basically i'm having the same problem as Tim.
Is there a way to get these files into the database?
thanks for an answer
